Every candidate is presented with verified qualifications, and Bluecrew is the employer of record: contracts, payroll, insurance and travel are our responsibility.
The industry's rhythm is seasonal: delousing campaigns, smolt transfers and harvest peaks demand crews that scale up on short notice and stand down without friction. Temporary crewing through an approved staffing agency is built for exactly that: you get the people for the peak, we carry the employment.
Operations along the coast run in Norwegian, and our crews are recruited here. For international operators we communicate in English and staff positions where STCW's English requirements apply.
