Offshore work stands or falls on paperwork that holds up: STCW certificates, DP logbooks and medicals are checked at source before a candidate is presented, and the 48-hour replacement guarantee applies if a placement doesn't work out.
STCW requires working English of officers, and our offshore crews are used to international marine departments. Requests, shortlists and contracts can run entirely in English.
