Urgent cover
A deckhand calls in sick 48 hours before departure. We aim to have a replacement ready within 24 hours. For aquaculture operators we can supply specialised personnel with service vessel and wellboat experience.
Season peaks
Extra capacity in high season: cooks, engineers or mates for defined periods. Many of our candidates are experienced rotation workers who want flexible assignments.
Project crewing
New routes, trial operations or special projects can need extra hands on board. We supply complete crew teams or supplement your existing crew.
Pricing and quality
One rate that covers the whole employment.
The rate for hired crew depends on the position, certificate requirements, assignment length and mobilisation time. It covers the employment itself: pay, tax, insurance, administration and our margin. You avoid recruitment costs, training overhead and the risk of a bad hire. Ask us for a quote for your specific need.
Every candidate is screened before an assignment: valid certificates, medicals, references and work history. For specialised roles we also conduct personal interviews.
During the assignment you have direct contact with both the crew member and our crewing department. If something does not work, we replace the person within 48 hours. No discussion. Many of our hired crew end up permanently employed by our clients, and we consider that the ultimate stamp of quality.
